CANCELLATION POLICY

SALON CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full price of all scheduled service(s).

We recommend that you book your next appointment before leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate to your schedule.

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

RETURN POLICY

All products are non-refundable.

GROUPON POLICY
